Front Row Fashion Show ... Goes Opera

I created a collection of three outfits for Front Row Fashion Show. The clothing was based on the opera Carmen.

Outrageous Decadence Events

Working alongside the Ourtrageous Decadence organisation me and my sister created costumes and organised performances for the annual New Year Eve party. The events were used to raise money for the local hospice.

Photoshoot based on Degas' The Absinthe Drinker

Students from the Arts University collabortated together to produce this photograph. The shoot was styled by myself but set in a contempory period. I was attempted to express the absinthe drinking woman in a modern setting yet with the same atmosphere as Degas' painting.

EVENTS

Events are a fun and interactive way to enjoy costumes. They enhanced the atmosphere the organisers are trying to emulate.

REWILD

DANCE PERFORMANCE

Rewild is a dance and music performance organised by Livia Rita and a selection of other artists. My work on this project consisted of making 23 costumes for the 7 performers. the show went on to tour Switzerland and London.

BOWLER CRAB PRODUCTIONS

KING LEAR

The theatre company Bowler Crab required a maker and designer for the character King Lear in their production of Shakespeare's iconic play. I was required to design and make his costume with minimal budget.

A paid comission for the comedy act Oh My God! It's the Church, who perform at festivals and gigs around the UK. I am immensly proud of the costumes I made for the performances and fortuante towork with such lovely talented people.

L'INCORONAZIONE DI POPPEA (MONTEVERDE) - Barefoot Opera

Baerefoot opera comissioned me to design and source costumes for thier production of L'incoronazione Di Poppea. The project involved dressing 14 cast members and required a striking colour palette of white, red and black. It also involved three costume makes.
